Vic: Myer takes two unions to court over picket

MELBOURNE, Feb 25 AAP - Department store Myer has taken out an injunction against twounions after a confrontation outside a Melbourne trucking depot.
Myer took the Australian Services Union (ASU) and the National Union of Workers (NUW)to court to prevent unions stopping trucks entering and leaving a Linfox depot in PortMelbourne.
Linfox is being paid between $5,000 and $10,000 a day to distribute goods, includingbridal registry gifts, stranded at Myer's Altona distribution centre by a strike.
