Fed govt TV ads using Telstra funds says ALP

The federal government has been accused of stockpiling taxpayers funds from the partial
sale of Telstra to enable a $3 million election-year television advertising campaign.

Advertisements for the Natural Heritage Trust community environment program, funded
from the partial privatisation of Telstra, are being aired on prime-time television.
